I’ve learned that feeling well rarely comes from just one thing—it takes a circle. Good health, a peaceful home and meaningful change are usually built one small, caring choice at a time. That’s why this special annual directory issue always feels so close to my heart. Wellness is not a solo act. It takes trusted practitioners, a supportive community, good information and sometimes a little encouragement to take the next step. This month’s feature story, IIt Takes a Circle: Building Greener Lives Together [page 32], says it beautifully: “We go fast alone and far together.” That line stayed with me because it captures both personal wellness and sustainable living so perfectly.

This issue marks our 25th publishing anniversary. Through Natural Awakenings, I’ve been fortunate to learn from some of the best in the wellness field, and my family continues to rely on trusted practitioners to help us maintain our health. Our functional medical doctor is our foundation, and our team also includes an osteopath, herbalist, massage therapist and energy healer. Over the years, I’ve seen again and again that feeling our best often comes from having the right support around us.

We designed this special annual guide to help you build your own wellness dream team. This issue is meant to be a year-round resource, complete with an expanded directory and practitioner profiles to connect you with local experts who can support your health journey. Keep it handy, and bookmark our online resource at DreamTeam.my-NA.com for easy access.

This month, Home Sweet Sustainable Home: Strategies for Saving Money and the Planet[page 48] offers practical ways to make everyday living a little greener without breaking the bank. Natural Skincare Recipes shares wholesome ways to care for body and soul. Spring Bowl Inspirations: Sustainable, Delicious and Flexible [page 36] serves up fresh, colorful meal ideas for the season. Allergies and the Nervous System [page 42] looks at herbal and lifestyle support for resilience. Families will appreciate Helping Kids Use Less Plastic: Gentle Swaps for Growing Minds [page 44], while pet lovers will enjoy At-Home Pet Massage: Tips and Techniques for a Happier Animal [page 46].

Throughout this issue, you’ll find a wealth of expertise from our advertisers and local practitioners. We hope this guide supports you in creating a healthier, more vibrant, connected life.

Here’s to 25 years of learning, growing and living well together,
