Down to Earth Yoga is pleased to present an afternoon of Savasanah and More with certified Yoga Teacher Kim Cook on Saturday December 15 from 1:30 to 3 p.m.

Savasanah And More, inspired by Cook. is designed around the popular Savasanah pose. “During this 90-minute experience props will be used to ease and relax into a deeper sensation,” says Cook. “While in this deep meditative state I will play the healing sound of the Crystal Bowls.” No former Yoga experience is needed. “There are only 18 sacred spaces offered,  so sign up today!,” says Cook.
