Yield: 6 servings, ½ cup each
1 12.3-oz package of silken tofu
½ cup water
¾ cup fresh basil, chopped
4 Tbsp nutritional yeast
3 Tbsp gluten-free tamari
1 Tbsp lemon juice
2 cloves garlic, minced
¾ tsp black pepper
Blend all ingredients together in a blender or food processor. Serve over pasta, vegetables or a baked potato.
