I have been enjoying the benefits of regular massage therapy for years. Not only is it great for the lymphatic and immune systems (and more) but is my bi-weekly relaxation treat. My husband, Jim, recently discovered the virtues of integrating professional massage into his routine. He had been complaining about neck and shoulder pain, so I took the liberty of making his appointment. After one session, he was hooked. His stress is lower, his aches and pains have improved, and he always looks forward to the next appointment.
