In the past two weeks my 17-year-old kitty has needed medical care, energy healing, and a visit to her cat chiropractor. An injury about six years ago left her walking flat-footed on her hind legs giving her an unnatural gait. As animals tend to do, she doesn’t see an issue with her predicament and continues to maneuver herself into positions. And when she jumps down, she inevitably knocks herself out of alignment. Having a kitty wellness team keeps her feeling sassy.

My human family also relies on a wide range of practitioners to maintain our health. Our functional medical doctor is our foundation, and our team also consists of an osteopath, nutritionist, physical therapist, herbalist, massage therapist, energy healer. I also plan to add thermography to the mix. Of course, finding trusted sources for our wellness products rounds out the optimum wellness approach.
