Staying healthy is a work in progress and I’m grateful to know so many people knowledgeable in natural and integrative health. Each year I enjoy mingling with our community’s practitioners and sampling the latest products and services at the Healthy Living Expo. I invite you to join me for a fun day and the opportunity to meet our community’s natural health experts at the Healthy Living Expo on Sunday, March 8th. Come to the Florida Tech Clemente Center in Melbourne starting at 11 a.m. and discover a plethora of healthy products and services you can incorporate into your life.

Benefit from interacting with integrative MDs and natural health specialists by attending workshops on organics on a budget, feng shui, herbal medicine, the brain-to-body connection and the best-kept secret to looking younger. Explore how your genetics can impact your health. Find out the latest for easier and quick healing tooth extractions and experience a healing meditation. Learn how to find what is blocking you from achieving your dreams and overcome it. Plus, discover how the thyroid and immune system are connected and how hearing loss and dementia are linked.

I plan to taste some healthy coffee, check out the EMF shields, peruse the natural makeup and jewelry, sample the skin care products, learn about hydroponics and make sure my husband gets a free hearing screening. In the afternoon, I plan to grab some organic produce and natural soap. Of course, I’ll have duties to attend to but if I’m lucky you may find me enjoying a massage or energy treatment.

Be sure and come early, workshops start at 11:30am, admission is free and the first 500 attendees receive a free eco-tote! Keep up with the most current details on our website at and check out the program guide starting on page 45. It is going to be a fun-filled day.

This event is truly where Natural Awakenings comes to life!

See you at the expo,
