Local Farm Florida Fields to Forks Expands

Local Malabar farm, Florida Fields to Forks expands to meet the increasing demand for local, organically grown and raised, farm fresh foods. “As more and more people focus on their health and nutrition, and understand the importance of eating local farm fresh foods, we will continue to work hard to meet their needs,” says farm owner, Brock Hall.

Florida Fields to Forks, working together with local farm R and B Organics, has expanded their gardens to provide additional healthy, nutrient rich produce for its farm members. In addition to the garden expansion, Florida Fields to Forks has added three farm pick-up locations throughout the county. “With a beachside pick-up off of Fifth Avenue in Indialantic, a Viera/Suntree pick-up off of Wickham Road, and a Cocoa area pick-up just off of 520 and I-95, on Cox Road, our goal is to provide easier access to our local foods”, says Hall.

Earning the Fresh From Florida certification in 2014, Florida Fields to Forks expects the demand for their local farm fresh foods to more than double in 2015. Offering local grass-fed and pasture raised meats, poultry and eggs, raw milk dairy, wild caught seafood, artisan cheeses, breads, cookies, sausages and much more, Florida Fields to Forks is a one stop shop. Established in 2011, as a member only farm, members pay a one-time $35 membership and have no ordering requirements.
