This light and delicious smoothie is a natural hydrator. Athletes find it gives them increased endurance, and improves their recovery time after a strenuous workout. Many drink it just because it tastes so good.
2 celery stalks
1 1/2 cups water
5 Brazil nuts
Place ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
