Create Change with Your Thoughts

"Change your thoughts, change your life." This Louise Hay philosophy has helped thousands to change their life with affirmations for decades. How can affirmations change one’s life? It simply changes how you think. By learning to pay attention to your thoughts and what you say, you will impact your actions.
Here are a few tips to get started.
Start early. When you wake up in the morning, pay attention to what you’re thinking.
Turn off the news. If you listen to the media discuss a sagging economy you will be focusing on lack. Choose an affirmation of abundance instead. Turn your thoughts to creating prosperity in your own life.
Create peace. Send love from your heart to people everywhere. This simple act will help you feel more peaceful which will create peace in your own life.
Remember gratitude. Be sure to count the blessings in your life and come from a place of gratitude in all that you do.
