I have been on a 5-year journey to find harmony and health after sustaining multiple concussions during my very active life. Neurofeedback training brought me back into balance from my last trauma and I continue to use it weekly to strengthen my brain and regain vibrant health. I feel hope and progress; I am starting to dream about a bigger life again!
