Aquarian Dreams is pleased to host Hatha Yoga with Thai Massage Assists which will be led by Ariela Grodner. This weekend course will be held on June 29-30 from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. and offers 18 CEUs for Yoga Alliance teachers, licensed massage therapists and acupuncturists.

The workshop will teach attendees to break down the classic Hatha Yoga sequence and incorporate Thai massage to help deepen the postures. Every asana will be demonstrated so that practitioners may feel the essence of the posture. Thai massage technique will be used to work with energy lines and develop a deeper awareness through assisted stretching.

Grodner runs her own Thai massage school in Gainesville and has been teaching yoga and healing arts for two decades. She has published many books on these subjects and is deeply committed to the lifestyle of yoga and right livelihood.
