Exploring the Food Plan Frontier 5-week Program

Terri Pinder, APRN, owner of Intentionally Well, LCC, is offering “Exploring the Food Plan Frontier” beginning March 2. This comprehensive 5-week clinician-led program explores the foods that hinder and help your health goals. This course will assist you in understanding how what you eat impacts your health and to gain a deep understanding of what your body wants you to know.

“You have seen others get results with programs like Paleo, Keto, South Beach, and Whole30, but which is the right food plan for you?” says Pinder. “In this course, we will determine a personalized food plan that works for you and your body.”

The course includes all menus, shopping lists, appropriate supplements, three live classes (including cooking and batch preparation), 10 Facebook live classes in a closed Facebook community, four 20-minute one-on-one coaching calls, and guidance throughout the elimination and reentry of food groups to de-code your body's messages about what foods to avoid.
