Sikora Integrative Medicine is pleased to welcome Health Coach Amber Ogden to its Vero Beach practice. Ogden brings more than 15 years of healthcare experience as a Certified Medical Assistant, Radiology Technician and certified Health and Wellness Coach.

Throughout her career, Ogden has worked closely with physicians and patients, gaining insight into the gap between treating illness and promoting long-term wellness. She focuses on helping patients develop realistic and sustainable lifestyle strategies that support weight management, disease prevention and overall health.

Ogden is offering new and existing patients a free 15-minute consultation that introduces health coaching, weight loss support and the use of Continuous Glucose Monitors (CGMs) to help patients better understand their health goals. She also leads a monthly Introduction to Weight Loss workshop. The next session takes place June 25 at 1 p.m. and covers sustainable weight management, blood sugar balance, metabolism, nutrition for healthy aging, accountability and lifestyle support and CGMs.
