Craig Costello leads Yin and Resonance: A Restorative Sound Journey at 1 p.m., Sunday, June 28, at Aquarian Dreams. The 90-minute yin yoga experience combines long-held supported postures with live mantra music designed to encourage relaxation and deeper awareness.

Participants are guided through gentle breathwork while immersed in the sounds of harmonium, guitar and voice. The practice focuses on connecting the energies of the lower body, heart and throat while supporting a calm meditative state. Organizers say the soundscape helps quiet the mind and encourage deeper presence.

The slow-paced class is designed to relax the nervous system, open subtle pathways and reconnect participants to the quiet intelligence within.
