Aquarian Dreams hosts a free introductory session and yoga class for the New World Wellness 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training Program from 12 to 1:30 p.m. on Sunday, February 8. This combined session offers an overview of the upcoming Yoga Alliance–approved certification course beginning March 13 and provides an experiential yoga class led by instructors Nicole Georgi-Costello and Craig Costello.

“This journey is both personal and profound,” says Georgi-Costello. “It’s about expanding one’s awareness and discovering the True Self through the wisdom of ancient yogic teachings.” Costello adds, “We offer more than physical practice. Our curriculum integrates yoga philosophy, Ayurveda, meditation, and ethics for a truly holistic experience.”

The full training spans six months and includes comprehensive instruction in asana, pranayama, mantra, meditation, yoga philosophy, anatomy, teaching methods, and the business of yoga. All levels of practitioners are welcome to attend the free intro and explore whether the training is the right path for them.
