Stephanie Testa, Certified Ayurveda Practitioner, returns to Cocoa Beach—bringing her extensive experience and heartfelt commitment to the community where she once cultivated a thriving yoga studio and dedicated following.

For more than a decade, Testa has immersed herself in the study and practice of Ayurveda. She received her training at the Amrit Center in Ocala under the guidance of Dr. Vijay Jain and Deepak Chopra, and later expanded her expertise as a respected yoga teacher (500 RYT, 200 E-RYT). Her career has taken her from the wellness communities of Aspen and Vail, Colorado to teaching and practicing abroad in Europe, where she continued sharing her passion for holistic healing and mindful living.

After years of teaching, traveling and refining her practice, Testa has joined the team at Health For Life in Cocoa Beach—an invitation extended by founder Dr. Sylvie Morin. “Stephanie brings a grounded, heart-centered presence to everything she does,” says Morin. “We’re thrilled to welcome her back and to reintroduce Ayurveda to our community through her work.”
