Asian Gourmet in Melbourne and its sister location, Asian Gourmet Too in Palm Bay, bring a unique fusion of Vietnamese and Thai cuisine to Brevard County. Owned and operated by Lorie and Jacob Regas, the restaurants have built a steady following over the past 25 years, known for offering fresh and flavorful dishes rooted in Southeast Asian culinary traditions.

The menu reflects a blend of Vietnamese and Thai influences, emphasizing whole ingredients and traditional preparation methods. Dishes are made without MSG, flavor enhancers, or artificial thickeners, and the kitchen accommodates a variety of dietary needs, including vegan, gluten-free, and pescatarian options.

“The dining spaces are designed to be both welcoming and reflective of the region’s culture, incorporating traditional décor elements to create a comfortable, immersive environment for guests,” says co-owner Lorie Regas.
