Aquarian Dreams hosts a full-day Sound Medicine: Sound Practitioner Certification and Singing Bowl Training on Saturday, July 19, at 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Led by meditation teacher and singing bowl specialist Anthony Profeta, this immersive experience combines lecture and hands-on practice designed to introduce participants to the healing potential of sound.

Profeta shares foundational knowledge on how sound affects the body, mind and soul. Participants will explore vocal toning, tuning forks, and singing bowls, including how to choose the right bowl and incorporate sound into yoga, meditation or healing practices. “Sound-wave frequencies have the ability to break up blocked energy, release stuck emotions and bring well-being to body, mind and soul,” says Profeta.

The training is open to all levels, including beginners, and no singing bowls are required to attend. Topics include energy, frequency, and vibration; the human voice as a healing tool; and the role of sound in emotional and physical well-being. Space is limited.
