Essential Oil Workshops Explore Vibrational Wellness

Wellness advocate Alisha Connor will be hosting two essential oil workshops this May to share how raising the body’s megahertz frequency (MHz) can support wellness and vitality.
“Simply laughing out loud, praying or smiling can raise your vibrational frequency,” says Connor. “The healthy human body typically measures between 62 and 78 MHz. When you’re fighting a cold or flu, it can drop to 57 to 60 MHz, and in some cases, serious illness like cancer can bring it as low as 42 MHz.”
Essential oils can be a powerful tool in supporting the body’s frequency. Medicinal-grade frankincense oil, for example, has one of the highest recorded frequencies at 147 MHz and just applying it to the bottoms of the feet may help raise the overall level.
Connor’s upcoming classes will be held Tuesday, May 13 at 6 p.m. and Wednesday, May 21 at 6 p.m. at Perkins Restaurant in the Library Room. Attendees will have the opportunity to experience the oils firsthand and receive a free dram of essential oil to take home.
