Aquarian Dreams is hosting Dragonfly Medicine: A Live Music Restorative Yoga Journey with Craig Costello and Anna Surento at 7 p.m., Sunday, May 4. This unique sound healing experience blends restorative yoga and live music to guide participants into deep relaxation and connection with their true selves.

This immersive event features solo and duet singing, lyrical music, Sanskrit mantra and a rich soundscape created with acoustic and electric guitar, harmonium, and crystal bowls. The experience invites participants to rest deeply in restorative yoga postures or in savasana while sound carries them “into the space beyond illusion—the place where you are whole and where you have always been whole.”

No prior yoga experience is required. Participants can choose to practice restorative postures or remain in a comfortable savasana throughout the session. All props are optional, and attendees are encouraged to bring what helps them feel most at ease.
