Just Breathe Aerials (JBA) is pleased to offer Restorative Aerial Yoga Teacher Training, a unique opportunity to explore the depths of aerial yoga in a restorative style. 

The training, scheduled for June 22-23 from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., will be held at their North Palm Beach studio. Participants will learn hands-on sequencing, specialized techniques, and proper use of the aerial hammock. The comprehensive program ensures trainees will be ready to teach a safe and balanced Aerial Yoga class to all levels upon completion.

"Just Breathe Aerials is committed to providing an educational experience that not only empowers aspiring instructors but also deeply enriches their yoga practice," says co-owner Jennifer Wiggins. "This training will equip participants with the skills needed to lead their own classes confidently."

Upon completing the training, participants will receive a JBA Aerial Certification and have the opportunity to teach at the Just Breathe Aerials studios. This training also counts towards continuing education requirements for those registered with Yoga Alliance.
