Aquarian Dreams will host Yoga and Meditation Intensive: Just Be Wellness on June 16 through 18. The workshop will be led by Nicole and Craig Costello, Registered Yoga Teachers through Yoga Alliance and owners of New World Wellness.

The weekend class will highlight and include various foundational meditative techniques. Students will learn how to practice these techniques and how to instruct others in experiencing their true self which is nonjudgmental awareness. The class will also include an introduction to Noble Silence; Developing the Teacher: Correction vs. Connection; How Sweet It Is: Yoga Sweeteners; a briefing on the Gita, the anatomy of upper extremities, and an understanding of forward bend and backbend Asana poses. Students will practice teach and learn to instruct the asana portion of class scaffolding.

Registered Yoga Teachers with Yoga Alliance earn 20 Continuing Education hours.
