Aquarian Dreams is pleased to announce a new program for kids ages 3 and up. The Children's Yoga Class will be held every Monday at 2 p.m. This positive and fun class includes traditional yoga, conscious games, affirmation songs, and peaceful breathing techniques, leading to a relaxing guided meditation.

Teacher, Marilyn Diaz is a certified Kidding Around Yoga (KAY) teacher and a Hatha Yoga instructor registered with Yoga Alliance.

Cost: $12 or Yoga Membership (10 classes for $75). Children can share parent's membership. Pre-registration is recommended. Please bring your own mat.
