In Life, Death and In-Between the reader is taken a journey of healing. We align to the truth of who we really are as intuitive, intelligent, creative and eternal human beings. Lynch shares her personal journey to heal and understand death after she woke from a dream hearing her mother was dead. Her mother was killed in the 1993 Amtrak train crash at the very moment of the dream. She shares how the journey of grief and healing brought her to understand her empathy, sense of knowing and her gift to feel and communicate with Spirit.

Inspiration: Lynch’s experience inspired her to help others, opening doors she never would have walked through if she hadn’t experienced it herself. “In understanding the Spirit, we can heal, love and laugh again, in the most challenging of times,” says Lynch.
