Lori Aragona and Jennifer Wiggins, co-owners of Just Breathe Aerials in Port St. Lucie are offering a couple of money saving November specials. Just Breathe Aerials comes from humble beginnings. While searching for a low impact exercise that was both healing and fun, Aragona convinced her husband to set up the necessary beams needed in their garage to support six Harrison AntiGravity Hammocks. “I knew it was something many could benefit from. After completing the training and earning certification in AntiGravity Fundamentals 1 & 2, I opened our garage for classes,” says Aragona.

Now in its second studio since Aragona’s garage, Just Breathe Aerials is the only Silver AntiGravity studio in the state of Florida. This accreditation allows them to provide instructor training. Also offering traditional yoga classes since 2020, Aragona and Wiggins are excited to see what comes next.
