Mindful Yoga Mondays a Unique Yoga Experience at Divine Soul Wellness with Matt Swanner in Port St. Lucie
“Suitable for all levels, we warmly welcome you to a practice of both movement and stillness,” says Swanner. “Yoga improves strength, balance, and flexibility, and can have a positive impact on your heart, helping to lower blood pressure, cholesterol, and blood sugar. Practicing yoga can also improve sleep, creating increased energy, less stress, and brighter moods.” This beginner-friendly class explores yoga, breath work, mantras, and mindful meditation.
Rachel Stevens, founder of Divine Soul Wellness, explains her excitement in working with Swanner, “His goal as a yoga teacher is to create a warm, inviting, judgement-free experience. This is exactly what I’ve been working to create in this space for the community. I’ve watched him meet students exactly where they are and offer insight into the healing practice of yoga through a blend of philosophy, asana, pranayama, meditation, and mantra.”
