The seminars are presented in an informational and educational setting and are intended to give the public an opportunity to learn about the general rules of law.
The weekly seminars offered will be presented by local judges and attorneys with topics including election law, evolution of voting rights, mental capacity under the law, judicial activism, juvenile law, workers’ compensation, right to life/elder law, campaign fundraising, the judicial selection process and a mock trial.
