S.T.A.R. Pilates Studio in Vero Beach has moved into a new larger studio a few doors down from the old location, closer to Radio Shack in the Miracle Mile Fresh Market plaza.

The spacious new studio is ready for everyone to come in and enjoy. There is now a large separate group exercise room for the Mat and MELT classes and double the space for private sessions with more equipment and more room in the waiting area. In addition, a new class schedule is available.

The studio is also announcing the addition of instructor Barbara Shugrue. Shugrue owned Precision Pilates for the past 15 years, located within Christi's Family Fitness gym. She will be collaborating at S.T.A.R. teaching Pilates and Red Cord (suspension training) and OmGym .

S.T.A.R. is also home to instructors Christine Purdy, who teaches MELT Method and Pilates and Pilates Instructor/Owner Gini Murphy, as well as Joanne Duncanson, the resident Physical Therapist.
