Aquarian Dreams will host the Weekend Yoga Intensive Meditation: Lifting the Veil of Illusion
on Friday, February 13 through Sunday, February 15. The workshop will be led by instructors Nicole and Craig Costello. They are registered Yoga Teachers through Yoga Alliance and owners of New World Wellness. “Immerse yourself in the meditative experience throughout this session and discover the power of the presence that you are,” says Costello.

This weekend will highlight various meditative techniques and teach students how to practice and instruct these techniques. Students will be able to assist themselves and others in experiencing liberation from the false self that will always exist in a state of “suffering versus experiencing the true self.” The true self is the non-judgmental awareness or loving observer.

This session will include: Meditation for a New World, The Art of Living, Mindful Eating, Anatomy 101: The Upper Extremities, Developing the Teacher: Correction vs. Connection, Adjustments, Props & More, Teacher Take Care, and Beyond Karma Teachings from the Gita. Registered Yoga Teachers with Yoga Alliance earn 20 Continuing Education hours.

The workshop will be held Friday 6:30 to 9:30 p.m. Saturday 9:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., Sunday 1:00 to 8:30 p.m.
