The Cloudwalker Place welcomes two new members to their teaching staff, Caitlin Olinger and Kathy Rule.

Olinger is a certified Hatha/Vinyasa yoga instructor and she has a BA in Comparative Religions focusing on Indian Philosophy. She has traveled to India where she practiced yoga with Niroga Yoga Studio’s Bidyut K. Bose and studied yogic philosophy with revered Sanskrit scholars. In 2014, she completed her formal 200-hour teacher training. Yoga with Caitlin is held Tuesday and Thursday from 4:30 to 5:30 p.m. and Saturday from 8:30 to 10:00 a.m. The cost is $10 per class.

Kathy Rule is a Certified Hypnotherapist, Registered Yoga Teacher and Certified Healing Touch Practitioner. She offers an integrative approach to wellness through guided visualization, gentle and restorative yoga, and energy healing therapy. Chair Yoga with Kathy is held Tuesday and Thursday from 9 to 10 a.m. The cost is $10 per class.

The Cloudwalker Place offers many tools for re-creating and reinvigorating your body, mind, and spirit including qi-gong, tai chi, yoga, Capoeira, Hawaiian hula, and martial arts for children.
