Healthy Reflections Hypnotherapy has been added as a provider with the Healing Heroes Network (HHN). “Hypnotherapy has been successful in helping people when they are having issues that need to be resolved and is quicker than typical talk therapy which can take years,” states Robin Graves, Certified Master Hypnotherapist. Some of the main issues to be treated in working with the Veterans are Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), fears, phobia, stress, and sleeping disorders. “With someone who has been through a trauma they can't change what happened to them, but they can change how they perceive it and how it affects them, usually within two to three sessions,” continues Graves. “Many times after people work through the initializing incident of what created any given fear or phobia, that issue can be alleviated.”
