Get an early start to Halloween at the Keiser University campus in Melbourne. The Scare Fair Open House, hosted by university faculty, staff and students, will invite attendees of all ages to come in costume and partake in music, games, prizes and refreshments from 6 to 8 p.m. on October 29.
