Fields To Forks Farm To Table Dinner

Florida Fields to Forks farm in Malabar, is thrilled to announce that they have partnered with Chef Matt Nugnes, owner of Matt’s Casbah, for the first Matt’s In Motion–Florida Fields to Forks, farm-to-table dinner on Saturday, May 31.
Cooking outside at the farm, and under the stars, Nugnes will feature live action chef stations with wine pairings. He and his team will be preparing Florida Fields to Forks farm fresh, local pasture raised Katahdin lamb, Berkshire pork and 100% grass-fed/grass-finished Angus beef. The team also will be serving a variety of beyond organically grown, farm fresh vegetables and an outstanding dessert.
The menu will feature some of the chef’s best ways to experience local farm fresh foods, and what they offer to both the meat eater and the vegetarian.
The event will host live entertainment, a bar, plus chickens roaming, cows mooing and a barn full of horses for everyone to enjoy.
