Donna Ivery, MD, provides the full spectrum of gynecologic care for females of all ages. Dr. Ivery offers evaluation and testing in functional medicine, a philosophy in medicine that directs the practitioner’s efforts to uncovering and treating the root cause of an issue and its symptoms. For example, if a patient is suffering from fatigue, anxiety, sleep disturbance, or chronic constipation and has been to multiple doctors to address these concerns, with no real answers, Dr. Ivery will sit down with the patient and evaluate the problems in the body's function.

Through careful evaluation and appropriate testing of saliva, stool, blood, or urine, Dr. Ivery in partnership with the patient can explore and treat the nutritional and functional deficiencies that may be uncovered. Dr. Ivery is a native of Cocoa, Florida. A Johns Hopkins University-trained biomedical engineer, she started her career at AT&T Bell Laboratories in Holmdel, NJ. The call to practice medicine came and she moved to Atlanta to attend Emory University School of Medicine. She completed her medical and gynecologic training at Emory in 1996. She embarked on a many years of travel, practicing obstetrics and gynecology in Georgia, Hawaii, Oregon, and St. Croix, US Virgin Islands before returning to Brevard 7 1/2 years ago. She has been in practice in North Brevard since 2005 and currently offers a full range of gynecologic services. Dr. Ivery is Board-Certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology. She now provides gynecologic services in Titusville as HerCare of Brevard, LLC, a division of Florida Woman Care, LLC.
