The Cloudwalker Place is pleased to announce Leilani’s Hula for Health classes. Leilani was born on the island of Oahu and as a dancer since the age of 3 she enjoys sharing the Aloha spirit.

Classes will be held Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 6-7pm. Each class starts with a 15-minute stretch followed by an hour of instruction. “Hula stimulates the body’s para-sympathetic nervous system activating the healing response or re-growth stage,” states owner John Walcott. Beginners are welcome.
