The inaugural Beachside Boardwalk Triathlon will be held on June 23 at Nance Park in Indialantic. All registrants for this year’s race will have a much sought after raffle prize: a full-sized stand-up paddleboard (SUP). The first 100 registrants will also receive a bonus second entry.

The triathlon will include an ocean swim, a scenic ride along the Indian River Lagoon and a run through a beachside neighborhood.

The race director and crew are also keeping a local feel and theme for the event. A painting by local artist Damien Share is the centerpiece of the event and showcases the beautiful boardwalk and coastline. Several local businesses, such as The Jungle Organic Restaurant & Market, are also participating and sponsoring the event, which is USAT sanctioned.
