Olga Pchelintseva-Mares, certified Qi Gong instructor, Qi Gong healer and owner Blue Lotus Qi Gong, will be offering classes at Rock City Gardens in Vero Beach on Wednesdays and Fridays at 9 a.m.

Classes will include how to reduce stress, increase immunity, balance hormones and bring peace to the mind.

The workshop, Foreign Energy Clearing, will be held on February 23, which will include instruction on different kinds of dark energy and how they affect a person, relationship, business, family or any space and how to clear that energy using Qi Gong tools. The Workshop will be held at Spark of Divine in Vero Beach.
