Vicki Buckley, a former special education teacher and tennis player, offers Bonewalkers Plus for Boomers and Seniors. Buckley is passionate about helping others not fall through the cracks as she did after her knee surgery and considers Bonewalkers Plus her ministry.
As the leader of the osteoporosis support group in Brevard County for 6 years, Vicki now offers an opportunity to focus on preserving your joints and bones. “Bonewalkers Plus is an osteoporosis and joint-safe exercise that improves balance, posture, strength and memory,” says Buckley. “The goal is to give the individual hope by offering a plan and showing them they can make a difference in their health, pain level, and quality of life.” Buckley points out that participants enjoy exercising and making new friends with others which they have things in common
