Dr. John Douillard, Ayurvedic master and author, will teach Free Your Most Brilliant Self through Loving Relationships at the Kashi School of Yoga on March 17, from 9am to 4pm. Dr. Douillard uses Ayurvedic, psychological, and self-inquiry techniques to help participants find and use relationships to experience their true nature, to find a freedom within to open to loving relationships.

This workshop is intended for people who feel they may be holding back love or holding high expectations of others. Through examination of these difficult relationships, the opportunity to grow and becoming loving and joyful for no apparent reason exists. This workshop is valid for CEU and 500-hour Yoga teacher training credit.
