The Skinny on Measuring Energy

The energetic view of the body is not entirely new to Western medicine. The basic concepts were present in the work of ‘vitalist’ scientists such a Galvani, Hahnemann, and Mesmer, who were active in the 17th through 19th centuries. Vitalism was gradually pushed out of the realm of accepted medical science in the 19th and 20th centuries partly due to inadequate instrumentation and a medical paradigm that made no room for energetic processes. Technology has now advanced to a point where devices can successfully and consistently measure biological energy.
It is now possible to determine the body’s electrical reaction to many stress producing elements such as allergies, heavy metals, drugs, environmental and chemical toxins as well as vitamin and mineral deficiencies. Electro Dermal Screening, which is a non invasive and painless procedure, shows how much stress an organ or tissue group is tolerating, the cause of the stress, and what will eliminate the stress.
This process involves measuring electrical conductivity at acupuncture (meridian) points on the skin – typically on the hands and feet. According to European medical research, acupuncture points and their respective meridians are related to the body’s organ systems. As you move toward or away from health, the condition of any particular organ or system can be measured along the meridians. When an acupuncture meridian point is found to be out of balance, the computer can be searched to find a match for exact frequencies providing information about what brought the body out of balance and how to bring the body back into perfect balance. The computer’s extensive database contains thousands of frequencies for specific environmental toxins, pathogens, food allergies, metals, and much more.
Once the program has identified an organ that is not functioning at optimum, using the liver as an example, a complete check of the biliary system could involve testing over twelve points to obtain causative factors such as viral, bacterial or chemical toxins. Once the cause of the energetic imbalance has been identified, potential therapeutic substances (e.g., homeopathic remedies, allergens, herbs, vitamins and minerals) can be measured energetically to determine which ones allow the individual to return to a state of energetic harmony.
