This experience brings together therapeutic sound with elements inspired by shamanic practice.

We’ll begin by opening the space together, marking the start of the experience and creating a sacred space for you to connect more deeply with yourself through sound.

Before we begin our journey into sound, we’ll share a brief energetic clearing using Florida water. This citrusy, floral blend acts as a gentle reset, helping you leave the outside world behind so you can fully receive the sound experience.

From there, you’ll lie back and move into a full sound bath using crystal singing bowls, gong, drum, and other layered instruments, allowing the sound to guide you inward. Most people notice their mind quiet down and their body relax.

To close, you’ll be guided through a simple grounding practice that helps you stay connected to yourself and carry the calm from the experience with you beyond the session.

After the experience, we’ll have organic tea, chocolate, and a moment for community conversation. We’ll close the space together before the evening comes to an end.

To honor the sanctuary space and keep the experience spacious and intentional, participation is limited to seven people. The sanctuary includes seven resting spaces: four anti-gravity chairs and three 4-inch memory foam floor mats, available on a first-come, first-served basis.
