The Guru Purnima Experience with Dr. Pillai takes place July 26 through 29, offering participants an opportunity to observe what is described in the Siddha tradition as one of the most spiritually significant Full Moons of the year. Held in Stuart and available virtually worldwide, the four-day event focuses on karma dissolution, consciousness expansion and divine alignment during a rare Sun and Jupiter conjunction.

According to Dr. Pillai, Guru Purnima marks a time when the connection between teacher and student becomes more accessible. “Guru Purnima literally means the Full Moon of the Guru,” says Dr. Pillai. “In this particular Guru Purnima, there is conjunction between the two grahas or planets—Sun and Jupiter.” Participants engage in teachings, guided practices and initiation sessions known as Diksha. Programs explore topics including ego dissolution, higher awareness and personal transformation.

“The Guru is not a person. He is a presence,” says Dr. Pillai. “And that presence can change your karma, your mindset, your diseases, your finances—everything.”
