Ever walk into a space and it just feels… off? Or notice moments where you feel stuck, heavy, or not quite yourself?

In this free mini workshop and sound experience, we’ll explore simple ways to shift stagnant energy, both in your space and within your own body. We’ll work with a few different approaches, including sacred smoke, sound, and the vibration of your own voice. You’ll learn how these tools are used to clear and reset energy, and you’ll have a chance to experience them for yourself in a really approachable way.

There will be a brief demonstration of sacred smoke, along with smoke-free options using sound.

We’ll also explore how vibration moves through the body, often described through systems like the chakras, in a way that feels grounded and easy to understand.

After the experience, you’re welcome to explore the shop, ask questions, and connect. Guests are also welcome to arrive early to browse the shop before we begin. This is not a full sound bath, but you’ll be guided through a short sound experience at the end so you can feel how sound helps the body settle and rebalance. No experience needed. Just come as you are.
