Hatha Yoga with Lisa
A multi-level yoga practice, using the breath to center then stretch and gently move through postures for strength and flexibility.
March 13th and 27th. A multi-level hatha yoga practice. Using the breath to become centered, then moving through stretches to warm-up the body, followed by postures (with variations) to increase flexibility, develop strength, and engage our core for balance and support. Singing bowls accompany final rest pose. Please bring your own mat. Led by Lisa Jackson, $5 per class. DeGroodt Library, 6475 Minton Rd SW, Palm Bay.
