Part 1 (Friday 5:30 pm – Discuss the definition, history, philosophy and various elements of kundalini yoga. End with a gentle practice and Q & A,
Part 2 (Saturday 10:30 am) – Brief review and then move into a kundalini practice to include music, mantra, movement and a welcomed relaxation! Guided by KP. Please bring your mat, water, and paper/pen to take notes. Register online or call.
