Gentle Hatha Yoga
Fridays, February 13 & 27
A multi-level hatha yoga practice. Using the breath to become centered, then moving through stretches to warm-up the body, followed by postures to increase flexibility, develop strength, and engage our core for balance. Singing bowls accompany savasana for deeper relaxation. Please bring your own mat. Led by Lisa Jackson.
