How are you feeling about food and eating?
This single session (90 minutes) workshop is designed to help you make peace with food as you heal from food sensitivities. We’ll do some exercises that have overlapping roots in both the Gupta Program (brain retraining and nervous system regulation) and Intuitive Eating. If you enjoy this single session, I will be offering additional group coaching starting Jan 22.
After healing from food sensitivities with the Gupta Program, I became certified as a Gupta Program coach. I also needed more resources to support coming out of the deprivation pattern from having been on a highly restrictive food rotation diet for many years, which I came to see as a form of orthorexia--an unhealthy anxiety about healthy eating. Intuitive Eating was extremely helpful for me, so I also became certified as an Intuitive Eating Counselor, and a Body Trust Provider. www.devmayaan.com
