Mat Yoga
Enjoy the benefits of yoga while sitting in a chair. Experience gentle stretching, breathwork, and balance poses all while sitting or moving around the chair.
Enjoy a gentle flow yoga class that begins with breathing deeply into our heart for grounding and centering. Then moving into helpful stretches to warm up the body. As we move through postures, we will focus on breathwork, building strength and flexibility, as well as developing our core for better balance. Singing bowls are played during savasana.
Please bring a mat. Suggested donation: $5
