Hatha Yoga with Lisa
Using the breath, we move into a series of stretches to warm up the body, followed by gentle asanas (postures) to Increase flexibility and engage our core for balance and strength. Variations and deeper stretches are offered, along with a bit of humor to bring joy to the practice. Using props such as blocks and straps are encouraged. Himalayan bowls are used to guide the class in meditation and assimilation during savasana.
