Meditation: The Possibilites

This workshop will take you through a series of meditation practices so that you can learn how they feel and explore both what interests you and what challenges you. Examples of some of the exercises include: guided meditation, silent meditation, chakra balancing, body scan, walking meditation, asana, and pranayama. Led by Johnny Powell. Bring yoga mat and cushion.
